IG Petrochemicals defers issue of warrants

IG Petrochemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved the issue of share warrants has been deferred due to pendency of certain regulatory approvals.
