Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 17, 2008, to discuss and consider matters relating to issue of Warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis, to certain Corporate Bodies / Promoters / Directors / other investors.

The Board Meeting was concluded Certain proposals for private placement of Equity shares on Preferential Basis were received and reviewed by the Board, on which it sought some further information(s) / clarification(s). It was decided that Board will meet again on January 24, 2008, to discuss and consider the above stated matter.
