Cera Sanitaryware EGM approves issue of 10 Lakh warrants

Cera Sanitaryware Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 21, 2008, have considered, approved and passed the resolution for issue of 10,00,000 warrants on preferential basis to Promoters Group.
