Dhampur Sugar allots 10 Lakh equity shares

Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has announced that the Finance Sub Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 17, 2008, has allotted 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each against 10,00,000 Equity Warrants on exercise of option of conversion by M/s. Goel Investments Ltd.
