AXIS Bank allots 117575 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 1,17,575 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 29.10.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,87,35,002 (256,93,67,501 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,89,70,152 (256,94,85,076 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
