Jyoti Structures to consider raising capital

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 18, 2008, to consider further issue of Capital including possible issue of FCCBs and Warrants on preferential basis in accordance with applicable regulations.

To convene General Meeting of the Company.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.270.65, down by Rs.0.55 or 0.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.274 and low of Rs.261.
