Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn to raise funds for expansion

Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 31, 2007, has decided to raise the Equity Capital upto Rs 160 Crores by way of QIP to meet out the expansion project cost of Terry Towel from 3000 Tones p.a. to 15000 Tones p.a. and 12mw power plant project cost.

The Stock was trading at Rs.197.40, up by Rs.9.80 or 5.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.200 and low of Rs.188.75.

The total traded quantity was 248127 compared to 2 week average of 158148.
