NIIT Ltd allots 12666 shares

The Share Allotment Committee of NIIT Ltd has allotted 12,666 (Twelve Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Six only) Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each in accordance with terms of ESOP-2005.
