McNally Bharat to consider allotment of 1453000 shares

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held on December 29, 2007, to consider allotment of 14,53,000 Equity Shares on conversion of Convertible Warrants.
