Bank of India to consider QIP Issue

Bank of India has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on December 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider raising equity shares capital through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) Route.

The Stock was trading at Rs.350, up by Rs.0.60 or 0.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.362 and low of Rs.346.

The total traded quantity was 147461 compared to 2 week average of 185294.
