Equitas Holdings Ltd allots 105985 shares

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Equitas Holdings Ltd in its meeting held on April 27, 2018 has approved an allotment of 1,05,985 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options.

The Company is in the process of applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 340,42,99,760 to Rs.340,53,59,610.

Shares of Equitas Holdings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.150.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 146.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 110065 in over 1092 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 152 and intraday low of 145.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16466701.
