Balaji Distilleries to consider allotment of warrants

Balaji Distilleries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 20, 2007, to consider allotment of Convertible Warrants to investors on preferential basis pursuant to the "in-principle" approval obtained from the Stock Exchanges.
