Cosmo Films to issue 31 Lakh Warrants

Cosmo Films Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 16, 2007, inter alia, has approved the issue of 31,00,000 Fully Convertible Warrants to the promoters of the Company at a price of Rs 107/- per warrant in terms of Chapter XIII of SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000, subject to the approval of shareholders in the General Meeting.
