Span Diagnostics to consider conversion of warrants

Span Diagnostics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 24, 2007, to allot 1,49,900 equity shares of Rs 10 each, fully paid up, against 1,49,900 convertible Share Warrants issued on a preferential basis to the promoters of the Company.

The issue of 1,49,900 Convertible Share Warrants was approved by the shareholders in its meeting held on June 08, 2007 in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Disclosure & Investors' Protection Guidelines), 2000.
