Classic Diamonds to raise funds

Classic Diamonds India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 12, 2007, has approved, in principle, to raise further funds for the Company through Foreign Markets by way of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds or by way of issue of ADR's or GDR's for which reason the Company will obtain the requisite permissions and approvals from the relevant authorities as also the Approval from Members of the Company by way of a Postal Ballot.
