Yes Bank allots 14700000 equity shares

Yes Bank Ltd has announced that the members of the Bank at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 04, 2007, had approved Preferential Issue of Equity shares to Orient Global Tamarind Fund Pte. Ltd on private placement basis. The Capital Raising Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on December 07, 2007 has allotted 1,47,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 215/- per share (issue price Rs 225/- per share) to Orient Global Tamarind Fund Pte Ltd.
