L&T Finance Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.75

The Board of Directors ("Board") of L&T Finance Ltd at its Meeting held on April 24, 2026 has, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.75 per Equity Share (face value Rs. 10 per share) for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be credited within 30 days from the date of AGM.
