Dish TV to consider preferential issue, stock soars

Dish TV India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 05, 2007, inter alia, to consider a proposal for new equity capital infusion by way of preferential allotment of equity and / or equity related securities.

The stock closed the day at Rs.92.05, up by Rs.10 or 12.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.94.70 and low of Rs.82.80.

The total traded quantity was 8577125 compared to 2 week average of 4320075.
