Indo Asian Fusegear to consider allotment on conversion of warrants

Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 07, 2007, inter alia, to consider to allot equity shares of Rs 10/- each against Convertible Warrants issued to promoters under preferential allotment.
