Ansal Housing AGM approves $50 million issue, declares 15% dividend

Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @15% on the paid-up equity share capital.

Approval of issue of securities by way of Public Issue / FCCB / Private Placement / Preferential Allotment / Right / Any other basis upto an amount not exceeding $50 million.
