Future Consumer Ltd allots 3,558,000 equity shares

Future Consumer Ltd has on 27th December, 2017 issued and allotted 3,558,000 equity shares consequent to exercise of options, at the exercise price as determined under the ESOP Schemes of the Company. In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,078,512,092/- comprising of 1,846,418,682 equity shares of Rs. 6/- each.
