Amtek India allots 914058 shares

Amtek India Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2007 has allotted 914,058 equity shares at Rs 120.12/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 2.50 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.160.10, down by Rs.2.50 or 1.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.165 and low of Rs.160.

The total traded quantity was 3763 compared to 2 week average of 99217.
