Evinix Accessories to issue securities

Evinix Accessories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 26, 2007, inter alia, to finalise the terms of further issue of securities by way of GDR / ADR / FCCB or a combination of all of them or some of them.

The further issue of securities was already approved by the members of the Company at the AGM of the Company held on September 29, 2007.
