ORG Informatics raises US$ 16 Million through FCCB Issue

ORG Informatics Ltd has announced that the Company has raised US$16 million by way of issuing Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds in the international markets. The Closing Date for the Issue is November 13, 2007 and the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Elara Capital Plc, London has been the Lead Manager for the Issue.

The stock was trading at Rs.101.20, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.104.80 and low of Rs.100.

The total traded quantity was 3726 compared to 2 week average of 56593.
