Subsequent to receipt of in principal approval from BSE & NSE and on receipt of Subscription monies, the Board of Directors of Lyka Labs Ltd at their Meeting held on 16th August, 2017, has allotted 6100000 Equity shares at a price of Rs. 551- per share to Non Promoter group on preferential basis as under:

- 300000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.l0/- each to M J Shah HUF
- 300000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.l0l- each to PranayGodha
