Net 4 India to consider Preferential Issue

Net 4 India Ltd has announced that the Company has received an offer for investing in the Equity Shares of the Company.

In this connection a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the above issue of Equity Shares on a preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.80, up by Rs.2.75 or 3.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.84 and low of Rs.76.50.

The total traded quantity was 54005 compared to 2 week average of 593625.
