Rishi Laser to issue 6,70,000 warrants

Rishi Laser Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 02, 2007, has decided to issue 6,70,000 Convertible Warrants @ Rs 100/- warrants and the Extra Ordinary General Meeting for the same will be held on November 30, 2007.
