Saven Technologies allots 23,00,000 Convertible Warrants

Saven Technologies Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 23,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares as per resolution passed at the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors meeting held on November 02, 2007 pursuant to the consent accorded by the shareholders at 14th Annual General Meeting held on September 20, 2007.
