HDFC Bank Ltd approves allotment of 5065000 Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank has allotted today 5065000 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5137636634 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs. 5147766634 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1667.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1678.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 75624 in over 2428 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1698 and intraday low of 1658.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 126420990.
