SREI Infrastructure to consider allotment of 2.5 Crores Warrants

SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of Committee of Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held on October 30, 2007, to consider allotment of upto 2,50,00,000 Warrants convertible into Equity shares in one or more tranches at a price of Rs 100/- per share to Promoters' Group of the Company by way of Preferential allotment.
