Accel Transmatic approves issue of warrants

Accel Transmatic Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2007, inter alia, has approved the proposal for preferential issue of warrants convertible into equity shares to Strategic Investors, Business Associates and Promoters.
