Vivanza Biosciences Ltd approves conversion of 1450000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Vivanza Biosciences Ltd had allotted 14,50,000 warrants on preferential basis in June 2016.

The Board of Directors of the company at its Board Meeting held on Friday - March 31, 2017 have approved the conversion of 14,50,000 warrants into equivalent number of equity shares.
