Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd approves allotment of 1300 Equity Shares

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has allotted 1,300 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each on January 24, 2017, pursuant to exercise of RSUs under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 1,30,24,26,880 (13,02,42,688 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 1,30,24,39,880 (13,02,43,988 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).

Shares of ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1368.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1340.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40018 in over 2857 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1379.95 and intraday low of 1338.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 54313704.
