Enkei Wheels India Ltd approves allotment of 743835 shares

The Board of Directors of Enkei Wheels (India) Ltd at its meeting held on January 16, 2017 has approved the allotment of 743,835 Equity Shares to its Promoter Enkei Corporation, Japan on preferential basis at the price of Rs. 190 (including premium of Rs. 185) aggregating Rs. 141,328,650. The shareholders of the Company have already accorded their consent for this issue in their meeting held on January 07, 2017.

Shares of ENKEI WHEELS (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.180.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 178.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2322 in over 46 trades.
