D B Corp Ltd approves allotment of 12711 shares

On November 22, 2016, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of D. B. Corp Ltd has allotted 12,711 shares of Rs. 10/- each on exercise of 12,711 stock options under DBCL-ESOS- 2008, DBCL-ESOS- 2010 and DBCL-ESOS- 2011 -Tranche 2 and Tranche 3 Schemes, to its employees covered under the scheme.
