Larsen & Toubro Ltd approves allotment of 342722 Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has allotted 3,42,722 (Three Lakh Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Two) shares on November 22, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
