Vardhman Textiles Ltd approves grant of 604500 options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Vardhman Textiles Ltd in its meeting held on November 15, 2016 has approved to grant 6,04,500 Employee Stock Options to the eligible employees under Vardhman Textiles Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2016, exercisable into not more than 6,04,500 fully paid-up equity shares in the Company in aggregate of face value of INR 10 (Rupees Ten) each.

Shares of VARDHMAN TEXTILES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1071 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1067.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1306 in over 192 trades.
