Oberoi Realty Ltd approves allotment of 30383 shares pursuant to the exercise of stock options

The Directors of Oberoi Realty Ltd vide a resolution passed by-circulation on November 17, 2016 have allotted 30,383 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to certain Option Grantee(s) pursuant to exercise by them of the Options granted to them under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 (ESOP 2009). The Exercise Price for the said Options is Rs. 260 per share.

Post the aforesaid allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 33,94,16,633 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 3,39,41,66,330.

Shares of OBEROI REALTY LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.275.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 274.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17640 in over 730 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 278 and intraday low of 268.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4810537.
