Indusind Bank Ltd approves allotment of 208995 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 2,08,995 (Two Lakh Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on November 17, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their Options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
