AXIS Bank Ltd allots 149675 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,49,675 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on August 16, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,61,06,626 (238,80,53,313 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,64,05,976 (238,82,02,988 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.583.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 590.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 439448 in over 11565 trades.
