Nila Infrastructures Ltd allots 242500 Equity Shares

The Compensation Committee of the ESOP scheme of Nila Infrastructures Ltd "Nila Infrastructures Ltd. ESOP - 2014" has, on July 23, 2016 made allotment of 242500 (Two Lac Fourty Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) equity shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 6.64/- per share to the employees of the Company consequent upon exercise of stock options by them.

The issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company is therefore now increased to Rs. 39,29,68,700 comprising of 392968700 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

Shares of NILA INFRASTRUCTURES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.54 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.73. The total number of shares traded during the day was 147912 in over 250 trades.
