HDFC Bank Ltd allots 3310700 Equity shares under ESOP

On June 24, 2016 HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted 3310700 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5063482634 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5070104034 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1161.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1189.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 123616 in over 3373 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1171 and intraday low of 1146.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 142701022.
