Phoenix Mills Ltd allots 67500 equity shares pursuant to the Phoenix Mills Employees' Stock Option Plan 2007

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Phoenix Mills Ltd in its meeting held on June 07, 2016 (which concluded at 5:30 p.m.) has allotted 67,500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up at an exercise price of Rs. 270/- per share to the employees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the Phoenix Mills Employees Stock Option Plan 2007.

Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the equity share capital of the Company stand increased from present level of 152,988,852 (Nos.) to 15,30,56,352 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of The Phoenix Mills Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.305 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 300.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 390 in over 51 trades.
