Majesco Ltd to consider fund raising on May 28, 2016

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Majesco Ltd will be held on May 28, 2016, to consider and take on record the various fund raising options for total size of up to Rs.250 Crores.

The Board will also approve notice of Postal Ballot.
