SKS Microfinance Ltd allots 18149 equity Shares under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans

On May 17, 2016, SKS Microfinance Ltd has allotted 18,149 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
