Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited allots 135360 Equity Shares

The Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd vide its resolution passed on March 30, 2016 issued and allotted 1,35,360 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- pursuant to exercise of options by the eligible employees under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme, 2007. Consequent to the allotment the paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 3,233,861,340/- to Rs. 3,235,214,940/-.
