Kajaria Ceramics Board to consider issue of warrants

Kajaria Ceramics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider the issue of warrants to be convertible in to equity shares to the promoters and its group on a preferential basis.
