Sunil Hitech EGM approves issue of 38,00,000 warrants

Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on August 14, 2007, have approved the issue of 38,00,000 convertible warrants each at a price of Rs 146/- to non-promoters & promoters on preferential basis as per SEBT (DIP) guidelines 2000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.222.10, up by Rs.0.65 or 0.29%. The total traded quantity was 369563 compared to 2 week average of 313048. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.234 and low of Rs.220.
