The Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited to sell freehold land at Yelahanka

The Board of Directors of The Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited at their meeting held today Wednesday, 19th March, 2025 has authorised the management of the Company to act in all respects on the proposal regarding sale of the Company's freehold land at Venkatala Village, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka admeasuring about 40,875.668 Sq. mtrs. (4,39,982 square feet).

The Company shall make the necessary intimation to stock exchanges as and when the definitive agreement is signed and all transactions for the entire Immovable Property is fully completed.

Shares of Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 315.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 300.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2675 in over 193 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 319.00 and intraday low of 298.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 840402.00.
