Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited allots 50086 Equity Shares under ESOS

The Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd vide its resolution passed on March 01, 2016 issued and allotted 50,086 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- pursuant to exercise of options by the eligible employees under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme, 2007. Consequent to the allotment the paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 3,233,360,480/- to Rs. 3,233,861,340/-.
